Job summary

Team Global Express is seeking an Account Manager to build and grow a portfolio of about 50 broker and partner accounts across Australia, focusing on relationships and opportunity identification. In the Brokers & Partners team, you will follow structured engagement plans, manage CRM data, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver great customer outcomes while developing your sales career in logistics.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of ~50 customer accounts across Australia.
Build strong relationships with broker and partner customers through regular engagement.
Follow structured customer contact plans across 30, 60 and 90-day cycles.
Identify opportunities to increase customer value and expand services.
Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into new business.
Support the growth of Team Global Express's Sydney customer footprint.
Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver great customer outcomes.
Monitor account performance and respond to customer needs.
