Team Global Express is seeking an Account Manager to join our Brokers & Partners team in Sydney. You will manage a portfolio of ~50 accounts across Australia, building strong relationships with broker and partner customers and driving growth through structured engagement plans.

You’ll follow 30-, 60-, and 90-day cycles, identify opportunities to increase customer value, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes while growing your sales career with a leading

Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales or account management.
Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and grow revenue.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, organized and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of ~50 accounts across Australia.
Build relationships with broker and partner customers through regular engagement.
Follow structured 30/60/90-day cycles.
Identify opportunities to increase customer value and expand services.
Follow up on sales leads and convert to new business.
Support growth of Sydney customer footprint.
Maintain accurate customer data within CRM.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
Monitor account performance and respond to needs.
