Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, account management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across channels.
• Client-service mindset focused on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of business growth within your portfolio by upselling and cross-selling Flexport's supply chain and tech products.
• Understand clients' goals and Flexport's services to close and deliver new solutions that deepen relationships.
• Serve as the client's trusted advisor and advocate for their needs internally to create win-win outcomes.
• Conduct regular client touchpoints and business reviews to demonstrate value and drive retention, on-site and online.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Implementation, and Trade & Financial Services to execute client strategy.
