Team Global Express is seeking an Account Manager to join our Brokers & Partners team in Sydney. You will manage a portfolio of ~50 accounts across Australia, building strong relationships with broker and partner customers and driving growth through structured engagement plans.

You’ll follow 30-, 60-, and 90-day cycles, identify opportunities to increase customer value, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes while growing your sales career with a leading

About the Role

Are you looking to build your career in sales and account management with one of Australia's leading logistics providers? At Team Global Express, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Brokers & Partners team. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers succeed. You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 50 accounts, supporting our broker and partner customer segment while helping grow our presence across Sydney and the rest of Australia. With a strong support network, structured customer engagement plans, and opportunities to develop your sales skills, this role is ideal for someone early in their career who is ready to take the next step in a commercial environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 50 customer accounts across Australia.
• Build strong relationships with broker and partner customers through regular engagement.
• Follow structured customer contact plans across 30, 60 and 90-day cycles.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer value and expand services.
• Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into new business.
• Support the growth of Team Global Express's Sydney customer footprint.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver great customer outcomes.
• Monitor account performance and proactively respond to customer needs.

What You'll Bring

• A passion for sales, relationship building, and customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• A positive attitude, strong initiative, and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging with customers over the phone and via email.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and take action to drive growth.
• Experience using CRM systems or sales tools is advantageous but not essential.
