Job summary

Flanco, a growing civil contracting company serving the mining and resources sector, seeks an experienced Remediation Supervisor to lead on-site teams in detailed earthworks, formwork and concreting.

This long-term FIFO from Perth WA role requires hands-on leadership, a strong focus on safety and budgets, and the ability to deliver mine infrastructure construction activities with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in civil construction.
• Experience in detailed earthworks, formwork and concreting.
• Ability to read and follow plans.
• White Card and a valid manual C class driving license.
• Willing to pass medical and drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 10-20 crew on site and manage safety, schedule, and budget.
• Main project point of contact and resource provisioning.
• Project budgeting support and reporting to exec.
• Ensure environmental and tenement approvals aligned with project.
• Manage scope changes and contingency plans.
