Job summary

Flanco is seeking a capable Remediation Supervisor to lead structures and remediation work on civil construction projects, FIFO from Perth, WA. The role focuses on delivering high-quality earthworks, formwork and concreting while maintaining safety and budgets.

You will manage 10–20 crew, liaise with project directors and ensure resources and approvals align with project requirements. This is a long-term, ongoing FIFO position with a practical hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in civil construction.
• Experience in detailed earthworks, formwork and concreting.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow plans.
• Trade background advantageous (formwork carpentry and/or concrete).
• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain.
• Manual C Class Driver's License; HR license preferred but not essential.
• White Card

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervision of 10-20 crew on site
• Main point of contact on site for the project. Responsible for the financial, schedule and safety performance of their area of responsibility
• Ensuring the provision of resources and support to enable the project to function efficiently and effectively
• Assist with the development and review of the project budget
• Utilise existing business unit resources to ensure environmental, tenement and mining-related approvals are completed in line with project requirements
• Drive accountability for safety and environmental management both in design and construction through the line management
• Regularly engage and provide detailed reporting through to the executive management team
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems and lead contingency plans.
