Job summary

Flanco is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor - Underground Construction to lead on-site activities for FIFO projects from Perth, WA. You will oversee underground concrete structures, manage crews of 20-25, ensure schedule and budget adherence, and drive safety and quality across operations.

The ideal candidate brings extensive civil construction supervision experience, background in earthworks/concreting, and a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Leading hand/supervisory experience in civil construction.
• Experience in detailed earthworks, formwork and concreting.
• Ability to read and follow plans.
• Trade background advantageous (formwork carpentry and/or concrete).
• Ability to supervise multi-disciplinary workforce.
• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain.
• Minimum Manual C Class Driver's Licence. HR license preferred but not essential.
• White Card.
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 20-25 crew on site.
• Main point of contact on site for the project; manage financial, schedule and safety performance.
• Ensure provision of resources to enable project efficiency.
• Assist with development/review of project budget.
• Utilise resources to secure environmental/mining approvals per project requirements.
• Drive safety and environmental management through line management.
• Provide detailed reporting to executive management.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and contingency plans.
