You will work with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional service, identify banking solutions, and support team development through coaching and promoting digital tools.

You will play a key role in referrals to Home Lending and Business Banking, with a clear pathway toward lending specialization.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to identify current and future financial goals and match them with appropriate banking solutions.
• Manage loan maintenance requests such as top-ups, pricing adjustments, and variations with a smooth, transparent process.
• Identify opportunities for referrals to specialist teams (e.g., Home Lending, Business Banking) to provide comprehensive support.
• Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers, manage leads, and book appointments to deepen relationships.
