BOQ Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist for our Mt Gravatt branch in Brisbane. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service by understanding customers' financial goals and matching them with banking solutions.

You'll support loan maintenance and referrals to Home Lending and Business Banking, build relationships, coach teammates, and promote digital banking tools. Training for lending fundamentals provides a clear path toward a Lending Specialist role.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use financial systems and adapt to new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and identify their financial needs and goals.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional service.
• Process loan maintenance requests (top-ups, pricing adjustments, variations).
• Refer customers to Home Lending and Business Banking for additional support.
• Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers, manage leads, and book appointments.
• Coach Customer Service Officers on quality conversations and service excellence.
