Ttgrecruitment is partnering with a well-established financial services organisation in Brisbane to recruit an Assistant Relationship Manager or Senior Credit Analyst. You will support a busy Relationship Management team, delivering client-focused credit analysis and lending solutions.

This role offers exposure to commercial banking, credit submissions, deal structuring and client meetings, with clear pathways into Relationship Management and senior credit leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial banking, business banking, credit analysis, accounting, or financial services.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn and develop.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Ambition to progress into relationship management, portfolio management, or senior credit roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of a portfolio of commercial and business banking clients
• Prepare high-quality credit submissions, financial analysis, and risk assessments
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact
• Assist with structuring lending solutions and supporting new business opportunities
• Participate in client meetings and site visits to better understand customer needs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client outcomes
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure high standards of risk management
