Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join a growing Australian non-bank lender’s Loan Origination team in Sydney. You will manage broker relationships, assess lending opportunities, and structure property-backed funding solutions.

Key responsibilities include deal progression with credit teams, timely broker updates, and growing the broker network while maintaining an accurate opportunity pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property lending or broker relationship management.
• Understanding of property-backed lending, loan structures, and exit strategies.
• Ability to discuss and structure transactions with brokers and credit teams.
• Strong relationship, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to manage multiple opportunities.
• Experience in a non-bank or specialist property lending environment is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of commercial property finance brokers.
• Assess new lending opportunities with brokers and discuss funding requirements.
• Review transactions for key credit considerations, security, and exit strategies.
• Partner with Credit and Origination teams to progress opportunities.
• Provide brokers with timely updates and commercial guidance throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to grow broker relationships and lending activity.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and contribute market insights.
