Job summary

Harmony Early Education in Holland Park, Queensland is opening a brand-new centre and seeks a warm Relationship Manager to welcome families, support enrolments and manage daily operations with a calm, organized presence. You will be the front-of-house ambassador, ensuring a welcoming, safe and family-focused environment from day one.

You will coordinate tours, onboarding, CCS entitlements, and maintain records, while collaborating with the Centre Director to deliver exceptional family

Qualifications

• Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or currently studying).
• Completion of National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with current certificates.
• Experience in customer service, administration / early childhood setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to multitask and stay steady in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to child and cultural safety.
• A friendly professional presence that builds immediate trust.
