Job summary

Harmony Early Education Holland Park is opening soon and seeks a Relationship Manager to create a warm, welcoming first impression for families. You will support enrolments, onboarding and daily operations while building trust and a sense of belonging in a brand-new centre.

You will maintain records, coordinate tours and manage the waitlist, working closely with the Centre Director to ensure a smooth, child-centred experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor or Certificate III in Early Childhood.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training (Geccko).
• Experience in customer service, administration or early childhood setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome children and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Build lasting relationships to support enrolments and retention.
• Champion clear, respectful, family-focused communication.
• Support onboarding, centre tours, bookings and daily inquiries.
• Keep the front-of-house organized and efficient.
• Model Harmony’s values in all interactions.
• Contribute to a calm, welcoming, and child-centred centre culture.
