Harmony Early Education Holland Park is seeking a Centre Director for a brand-new service opening soon. You will build a high-performing team, shape culture, and establish meaningful relationships with families from day one.

Lead with purpose, balance heart and accountability, and drive quality, occupancy and financial stewardship with strong support from our leadership network, quality managers, and Harmony Academy programs.

About You

You are an experienced early childhood leader who combines strong operational capability with a genuine passion for creating exceptional outcomes for children, families and your team.

You bring:

• Proven experience leading an early learning service and delivering high-quality outcomes
• A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Completion of all the required National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with current Certificates of Completion
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and quality improvement practices
• A deep commitment to child safety, cultural safety and creating inclusive environments where every child belongs
• Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust, develops capability and inspires teams to thrive
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship‑building skills
• Experience managing performance, compliance, operations and continuous improvement initiatives
• You are comfortable balancing heart and accountability, supporting your people while driving strong performance, maintaining quality standards and creating a centre culture where children, families and educators flourish.

Harmony Early Education is joining the Holland Park community. The centre caters for up to 115 children aged birth to 5 years. Located at 1008 Logan Road, Holland Park West,Queensland, with operational hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm.
