Job summary

Apollo Villages is launching a brand-new, 125-place early learning centre in Redcliffe and seeks a seasoned Centre Manager to lead the opening. You will recruit and direct Educators, build a safe and engaging learning environment, and partner with our Head Office to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional child wellbeing.

You will oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and quality practice while driving community relationships and continuous improvement to meet National Quality Standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Centre Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of child-safe practices.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and support a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solid knowledge of the NQF and regulatory requirements.
• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care, ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support the opening and establishment of the new Redcliffe Centre.
• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated Educators to deliver high-quality, child-led programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations in collaboration with your Centre Leadership Team.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and vibrant learning environment.
• Promote a culture of child safety and wellbeing within the centre.
• Establish strong, meaningful relationships with families, children, and the local community.
• Drive continuous improvement to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to our shared vision and values.
