Job summary

Harmony Early Education Canungra invites a passionate Centre Director to lead a brand-new Canungra service from day one. You will assemble a passionate team, establish workplace culture, and build meaningful relationships with families and educators, setting the standard for quality education and care.

You will lead with purpose, support your people, and partner with Harmony's networks to drive occupancy, governance and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an early learning service with high-quality outcomes.
• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard.
• Commitment to child safety, cultural safety and inclusive environments.
