Job summary

Harmony Early Education Holland Park is opening a brand-new centre and seeks a Relationship Manager to create a warm first impression for families, support enrolments, tours and onboarding, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations. You will manage CCS records and assist with waitlists while upholding Harmony’s values of safety, belonging and exceptional family experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome children and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Support enrolments, centre tours and onboarding processes.
• Maintain CCS entitlements and manage subsidies accurately.
• Oversee accounts management, debt recovery and financial integrity.
• Administer waitlist system and ensure fair prioritisation of enrolments.
