MARS PARTNERSHIP PTY. LTD. is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage a regional agribusiness lending portfolio across NSW, including farmers, producers and rural operators, and grow a regional presence.

You'll structure tailored lending proposals, conduct on-farm visits and collaborate with brokers, accountants and internal credit and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience while owning client relationships and portfolio growth.

The Opportunity

As a Relationship Manager, you will:
