Ideally, you will bring:

• Experience in Agribusiness, Commercial or Business Banking with responsibility for managing lending portfolios and customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of agricultural industries, including seasonal cycles, market dynamics and the challenges facing regional businesses.
• Demonstrated capability in financial analysis, credit assessment and structuring lending solutions.
• Proven business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, generate referrals and grow a portfolio.
• Strong risk management capability and an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on building long‑term relationships and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow an established portfolio of agribusiness clients across Central Victoria. Working closely with customers, referral partners and internal specialists, you will provide strategic financial solutions while identifying opportunities for portfolio growth and new business acquisition.
