Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Relationship Manager based in Emerald, QLD to manage and grow an agribusiness portfolio and build meaningful customer relationships. You will work with internal specialists to craft banking solutions that align with client goals and community needs.

This role offers the opportunity to develop agribusiness and commercial banking expertise, deepening customer connections across regional Queensland while contributing to local business growth.

What’s the role?

You’ll step into a full time Relationship Manager role based in Emerald, QLD, where you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of agribusiness customers and build relationships that make a genuine difference to their businesses.

You’ll get to know your customers, their businesses and the opportunities and challenges they face. Working alongside internal specialists, you’ll bring the right people together to help shape banking solutions that support your customers’ goals.

This is an opportunity to build on your agribusiness and commercial expertise, develop strong and lasting customer relationships and play an important role in supporting businesses and communities across regional Queensland.
