What's the role?

You'll step into a full time Relationship Manager role based in Emerald, QLD, where you'll manage and grow a portfolio of agribusiness customers and build relationships that make a genuine difference to their businesses.

You'll get to know your customers, their businesses and the opportunities and challenges they face. Working alongside internal specialists, you'll bring the right people together to help shape banking solutions that support your customers' goals.

This is an opportunity to build on your agribusiness and commercial expertise, develop strong and lasting customer relationships and play an important role in supporting businesses and communities across regional Queensland.

What do I need?

• Strong relationship building skills and a genuine passion for supporting agribusiness customers
• An understanding of agribusiness, commercial banking or the needs of regional businesses
• A commercial mindset with the ability to understand customers' businesses and identify opportunities
• Confidence having meaningful customer conversations and bringing together solutions that meet their needs
• A collaborative approach and ability to work closely with specialists and colleagues to deliver great customer outcomes
