Qualifications

• A qualification in Business, Marketing, Community Services, Aged Care, Healthcare or a related field will be highly regarded.
• Previous experience in relationship management, customer service, client engagement or a similar role is desirable.
• A current Australian driver's licence is essential.
• Previous experience in the aged care, disability, healthcare or home-care sector will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, support workers and referral partners.
• Enhance client satisfaction and retention while supporting service delivery and growth.
• Collaborate with operations, care and recruitment teams to ensure high-quality personalised support.
• Develop community partnerships and promote the Right at Home brand.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and stakeholder engagement.
