Right at Home Australia in Perth South Eastern Suburbs is seeking a Relationship Officer to build trusted relationships with clients, families, support workers and referral partners, delivering a positive client experience. You'll work with operations, care and recruitment teams to enhance client satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and support service delivery and business growth.

Formación
- Experience in relationship management or customer service.
- Ability to engage clients, families and referral partners.
- Driver's licence required.
- Experience in aged care, disability, healthcare or home-care is valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Responsabilidades
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, their families and partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client retention.
- Collaborate with operations, care and recruitment teams.
- Promote the Right at Home brand in the community.
- Travel for client visits and stakeholder meetings.
