Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a driven Relationship Account Manager to join our Toyota Fleet Management team in Grosvenor Place, Sydney. You will nurture strategic customer relationships, drive growth and long-term profitability by delivering Customer Value Plans and tailoring solutions for fleet and mobility needs.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, build credible partnerships across customers, dealers and OneToyota, and lead business reviews and meetings that add measurable value while

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio, increasing penetration within the Toyota family.
• Drive retention, expansion and upsell across fleet management and mobility solutions.
• Hit sales and performance targets across settlements, margins, fee income.
• Develop Customer Value Plans identifying growth opportunities.
• Analyse fleet portfolio data to tailor recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with customers, dealers, suppliers and OneToyota partners.
• Lead customer meetings, business reviews and presentations.
• Proactively manage portfolio risk and ensure compliance (credit, arrears, residual values, goods).
