• Coordinate outpatient appointments and referrals: manage bookings, waiting lists and referral workflows.
• Maintain accurate patient information: update iPM and health records, ensure secure handling of data.
• Deliver a positive patient experience: welcome, orient patients, respond to inquiries and communicate professionally.
• Support clinical and administrative operations: prepare statistics, assist with billing, handle messages and general admin tasks.
• Keep clinic operations organized: monitor supplies and equipment, adapt to priorities in a busy environment.
