Job summary

Conexson is a leading healthcare staffing agency supplying nurses to Aged Care facilities across the Adelaide region. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care, administer medications, and monitor residents' health across casual shifts.

You will lead and mentor staff, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with care plans and standards. Flexible morning, afternoon, or night shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in Residential Aged Care.
• Excellent clinical skills and time management.
• Valid Working Rights in Australia; sponsorship not offered.
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Monitor health, respond to changes, escalate as needed.
• Lead and mentor support staff to maintain best practice.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with standards.

Your Role as a Registered Nurse

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans and regulations
• Monitor residents' health, respond to changes, and escalte when required
• Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards

What You'll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in Residential Aged Care ESSENTIAL
• Excellent clinical and time management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Valid Working Rights in Australia (Unfortunately sponsorship is not offered)
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
