Conexson is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to support Residential Aged Care facilities in Bundaberg with flexible casual shifts. Deliver person-centred care and uphold safety and care standards in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in Residential Aged Care.
• Excellent clinical and time management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid Working Rights in Australia (sponsorship not offered).
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as per care plans and regulations.
• Monitor residents' health, respond to changes, and escalate when required.
• Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards.
