Job summary

Conexson Aged Care Recruitment is offering casual RN shifts across Cairns area, providing flexible opportunities to work at multiple aged care facilities while earning weekly pay and choosing shifts that suit your lifestyle.

We seek passionate RNs with AHPRA registration, 12+ months of RN experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Enjoy night, evening, and day shifts with support from a dedicated team and easy phone access to the online portal.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience (Aged Care preferred).
• Excellent clinical and time management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid Working Rights in Australia.
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans and regulations.
• Monitor residents' health, respond to changes, and elevate when required.
• Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards.
