Conexson is a leading healthcare staffing agency, proudly supplying quality nurses to Aged Care facilities across the Toowoomba region. Work across multiple Residential Aged Care sites with the freedom to choose shifts and locations, while enjoying weekly pay and ongoing support.

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver person-centred care, administer medications per care plans, monitor residents, and mentor support staff.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in Residential Aged Care.
• Excellent clinical and time management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Working rights in Australia (sponsorship not offered).
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Monitor residents' health, respond to changes, and escalate when required.
• Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards.

Your Role as a Registered Nurse

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards

What You'll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in Residential Aged Care ESSENTIAL
• Excellent clinical and time management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Valid Working Rights in Australia (Unfortunately sponsorship is not offered)
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
