Job summary

Conexson is seeking a Registered Nurse for casual shifts in Aged Care in the Sydney area. You’ll deliver person-centred care, administer medications, monitor residents, and mentor support staff across multiple facilities.

Ideal candidates hold current AHPRA RN registration with 12 months RN experience (aged care preferred), strong clinical skills, and excellent time management. Flexible morning/afternoon/night shifts available with weekly pay and ongoing support.

Your Role as a Registered Nurse

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans and regulations
• Monitor residents' health, respond to changes, and escalte when required
• Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards

What You'll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months experience as an RN (Aged Care preferred)
• Excellent clinical and time management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Valid Working Rights in Australia
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
