Conexson is a leading healthcare staffing agency providing nurses to Aged Care facilities across the region. This casual RN role offers flexible shifts across Cairns, with weekly pay and ongoing support from our dedicated team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver person-centred care, administer medications, monitor residents, and mentor support staff. You’ll need AHPRA registration, 12 months RN experience (Aged Care preferred), and valid Australian work rights.

Qualifikationen

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months experience as an RN (Aged Care preferred).
• Vaccinations up-to-date and relevant checks (Police Check, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans and regulations.
• Monitor residents’ health, respond to changes, and escalate as needed.
• Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards.

Your Role as a Registered Nurse

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards

What You'll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months experience as an RN (Aged Care preferred)
• Excellent clinical and time management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Valid Working Rights in Australia
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
