Job summary

Uniting AgeWell Andrew Kerr Care, Mornington Unit, is seeking a Registered Nurse Div 1 to join our team on a part‑time basis. You will lead person‑centred care, update care plans, and champion quality while mentoring floor staff.

You will support admissions, audits, and staff development in a caring, values‑driven environment that emphasises Believe, Excel, Support and Trust.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
• Experienced as a registered nurse in residential aged care/ home care (preferred)
• Strong attention to quality and clinical standards
• Experience with care planning and auditing processes
• Ability to mentor and support care staff
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and update care plans to ensure residents receive appropriate, person-centered care
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Conduct clinical audits to ensure compliance with policies and best practices

• Complete and coordinate resident admissions, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process
