Arcare Aged Care in Australia seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents while adhering to Arcare's values, policies, and professional clinical standards.

You will deliver clinical care, wound management, care planning, documentation in eCase, pain management, emergency response, and end-of-life care as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration (essential).
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
• Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Friendly, professional, and effective communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
• Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life care

About The Role
