Job summary

Arcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred nursing care across our aged care residences. You will deliver clinical assessments, monitor vital signs, medication management, wound care, and participate in care planning while upholding Arcare’s values and standards.

Applicants must hold Australian Working Rights and a current AHPRA registration. The role offers night shift opportunities, above award rates, and strong opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments and monitoring vital signs.
• Wound assessment, treatment and infection prevention.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using eCase.
• Pain management and emergency response.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare’s values, policies, and professional clinical standards.

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management

• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support

What we’re looking for
