Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Sunshine Coast region with a focus on high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll work as part of a supportive team to monitor residents’ health, document changes, and implement care plans within Arcare’s values.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Assess and manage wounds and monitor health status.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using eCase.
• Identify and address pain management needs.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare’s values, policies, and professional clinical standards.

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management

• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support

What we’re looking for
