Arcare Aged Care is hiring Registered Nurses in Adelaide to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care across our state-of-the-art facilities. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care including health assessments and vital sign monitoring.
• Manage medications and wound care; prevent infection.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation (eCase).
• Assist with pain management and emergency responses.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care when needed.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare's values, policies, and professional clinical standards.

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA Registration (essential)
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
• Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Friendly, professional, and effective communication abilities
