Job summary

Arcare is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality nursing care for residents in line with Arcare's values and standards.

You will perform personal care, medication administration, health monitoring, wound care, and assessments with accurate documentation, contributing to positive resident outcomes in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
• Adaptable, passionate and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
• Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
• Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
• Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team

About the Role
