Arcare Aged Care in Victoria is seeking a casual Grade 3 Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in our modern facilities. You will deliver clinical care, wound management, care planning, assessment and documentation, pain management, and emergency response, while upholding Arcare’s values and professional standards.

• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support
