Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration is essential.
• Australian Working Rights required.

• Able to work night shifts and adapt to shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care including health assessments, monitoring vital signs and medication management.
• Wound assessment and management to prevent infection.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation (eCase).
• Identify and address pain management needs.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare's values, policies, and professional clinical standards.

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management

• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support

What we're looking for
