Job summary

Fulton Hogan Construction is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to support delivery of major civil and infrastructure projects from Melbourne. You will develop programs, monitor progress, and provide dashboards and reports to drive performance and risk management.

The role requires a relevant engineering or PM qualification and proven planning expertise in transport, utilities or renewables projects. Join a collaborative team with strong safety culture and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in a Planning/Scheduling role within civil construction, infrastructure, transport, utilities or renewable energy projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• High level understanding of Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis.
• Experience in delay impact analysis and project performance reporting.
• Ability to develop dashboards and communicate complex project information clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative team player with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor project programs and schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Implement planning, monitoring and project controls processes across time, cost, resources and quality.
• Measure and report project performance using KPIs, Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis.
• Support Project Managers with program interpretation, performance analysis and corrective action planning.
• Develop project dashboards and reporting tools to track progress and key deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project progress reports; compile benchmarking data.
• Promote a strong planning and project controls culture across the business.
• Champion Fulton Hogan's Living Safely culture in all project delivery.
