True Society is seeking a Regional Store Development Manager to drive customer experience, sales results, and revenue across Melbourne boutiques. You will lead openings and ensure brand standards are met while building high-performing teams.

The role requires extensive travel, senior retail leadership experience in bridal, and a focus on KPI-driven growth. You will partner with store leadership to optimise merchandising, inventory and operations, shaping True Society's regional expansion

We are looking for career-minded retail professionals (our True Crew!) who are passionate about fashion, sales and bridal.

Your Role

The Regional Store Development Manager drives customer experience, sales results and revenue,overall performance,and growth through True Society best practices, focusing on KPI’s, leveraging their deep experience in sales and knowledge of the bridal industry.

• Lead the successful establishment and operational launch of new True Society boutiques, ensuring each location is set up to global brand standards.
• Recruit, train and develop Store Managers, leadership teams and Bridal Stylists
• Drive sales performance through coaching, KPI analysis, and sales optimisation
• Partner with store leadership to implement merchandising, inventory optimisation, operational standards and customer experience initiatives.
• Support existing stores through ongoing leadership development, performance coaching and continuous operational improvement.
• Travel extensively and undertake extended assignments to support new store openings and regional expansion.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 5 years senior level retail sales management experience, with leadership experience within a bridal sales or bridal retail.
• Demonstrated success in hiring and development of team members into leadership roles.
• Proven stylist and management experience including strong sales performancewithin a bridal environmentis required in order to demonstrate the sales and operational expertise required to train others in these functions.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience analysing KPIs, sales performance, inventory and operational metrics to drive business outcomes.
• Advanced stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence teams across multiple locations.
• Willingness and ability to undertake frequent travel and extended assignments in support of business expansion.
