Job summary

True Society in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Customer Experience Manager) to lead the daily sales and operations of our upscale bridal boutique. You will work with stylists to deliver a highly personalised bridal shopping experience and help brides and their parties find the gown of their dreams.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong customer service, leadership and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail/Fashion or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years retail management experience; bridal or apparel industry preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales and operations with stylists to meet sales goals.
• Recruit, train, and coach store staff for performance.
• Oversee pre-appointment qualification and conversions.
• Manage store reviews and provide feedback to staff.
• Coordinate store marketing events, trunk shows, and promotions.
• Analyze selling trends and drive in-store merchandising.
• Prepare store for events and maintain visual standards.
