Job summary

True Society in Sydney is seeking a motivated retail professional to join our True Crew and help brides find the dress of their dreams. You will work one-on-one with brides, provide an exceptional experience, and build relationships throughout the journey.

This role requires weekend/evening availability, luxury retail experience, and a passion for fashion. You’ll contribute to events, contribute feedback on trends, and help maintain a polished store environment while delivering a consultative

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.
• 1-2 years bridal sales or other consultative luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proven sales aptitude with the ability to prospect and close retail sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to quickly develop strong product knowledge of the bridal industry and trends.
• Detail-oriented with a keen understanding of fashion and bridals.
• Ability to maintain a fashion-forward and professional appearance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and multitasking ability.
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and consistent experience to all brides and their party members.
• Work one-on-one with brides to find their dream wedding dress for their big day.
• Build relationships with brides throughout the entire lifecycle of the experience.
• Provide feedback about emerging bridal trends, accessories, and other add-on items or services.
• Consistently achieve and maintain sales goals as set by management.
• Assist with implementing new business ideas relating to customer experience, driving sales, new technology and merchandising.
• Participate and assist with organizing in-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions.
• Maintain high level of store standards by maintaining a clean and well-organised store.
• Represent the store and the designer labels we sell in a professional and consultative manner.
