Job summary

The Trustee for the Grampians Trust is seeking a skilled, creative Chef for a regional opportunity in Australia. You’ll work with the Head Chef, running the kitchen when they’re away in a busy venue serving a bistro-style menu and full offerings.

Qualifications

• Possess strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Produce consistent quality.

• Own traditional uniform and knives.
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining.
• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail.
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen regularly on the Head Chef's days off.
• Work alongside the Head Chef and be part of a busy, vibrant venue.
• Contribute to keeping the service at a high standard for a la carte dining and menu execution.
