Hotel Federal in Tasmania is seeking a creative chef to join a busy, vibrant venue serving bistro style and full menu items. You will work alongside the head chef and run the kitchen on their days off, bringing a strong kitchen leadership presence to a regional hospitality team.

The ideal candidate is trade-qualified with 3+ years' experience, owns a traditional uniform and knives, and has a keen eye for high-quality, consistent results.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified with three or more years' experience.
• Own traditional uniform and knives.
• Experience in quality a la carte dining.
• Willing to assist with menu planning and suggestions.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
