Job summary

THE TRUSTEE FOR THE GRAMPIANS TRUST in Cairns, QLD, seeks a creative chef ready to join a busy kitchen. You will help deliver quality, bistro-style dishes and inspire the kitchen team to maintain consistency. Trade qualification with 3+ years’ experience is required, plus strong communication and a proactive, can-do attitude.

THE TRUSTEE FOR THE GRAMPIANS TRUST – Cairns QLD

About you

If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:

• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining
• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
