Job summary

The Trustee for the Grampians Trust in Sydney, NSW is seeking qualified chefs for Resorts and Hotels/Pubs with 4–8 week contracts. Call for solo, senior chef and chef de partie roles; starting as soon as possible. You will work in fine dining or upmarket settings with split shifts and ongoing opportunities.

Applicants must have 3–5 years experience, be trade qualified, own uniform and knives, and be prepared to relocate to venues across Australia. Competitive hourly pay and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified Chef with 3-5 years experience.
• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills.
• Can produce consistent quality.
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Own traditional uniform and knives.
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking.
• Keen eye with high attention to detail.
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions.
• Enjoy motivating a kitchen team.

Responsibilities
