Lake Macquarie Forklift Services is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our Morisset-based team. This full-time role focuses on growing revenue across the Central Coast region by identifying opportunities, building client relationships and tailoring forklift service solutions.

You will present services, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and collaborate with operations to ensure successful delivery, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and industry presence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales within industrial/equipment services sectors.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients of varying seniority.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business within the assigned territory and existing client base.
• Build and maintain relationships to understand client material handling needs.
• Present forklift services and solutions, highlighting benefits and competitive advantages.
• Prepare accurate quotations and tailored proposals to client specifications and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability.
