Lake Macquarie Forklift Services is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our Morisset-based team. This full-time role focuses on growing revenue across the Central Coast region by identifying opportunities, building client relationships and tailoring forklift service solutions.

You will present services, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and collaborate with operations to ensure successful delivery, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and industry presence.

Formación

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales within industrial/equipment services sectors.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.

Based in Morisset NSW, this is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to build a successful sales career in the material handling and forklift services industry. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across the Central Coast region. Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory and existing customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to understand their material handling requirements
• Present and demonstrate forklift services and solutions to prospective customers, highlighting key benefits and competitive advantages
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client specifications and budgets
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve sales targets whilst maintaining profitability
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform sales strategy
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline management using CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations and finance to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen brand presence

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales representative or consultative sales role within the industrial, equipment services or related sector
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and ability to navigate complex sales cycles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and forklift services is advantageous but not essential
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
