Qualifications

• Five years of customer-facing solution sales experience.
• Ability to translate client needs into value and outcomes.
• Experience in software sales within HR/learning domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy and territory plan.
• Prospect target customers and qualify opportunities.
• Align to client's needs, goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing to establish Cornerstone presence.
• Manage sales cycles and pipeline.
• Build strong internal and external relationships.
• Meet or exceed quotas.
• Coordinate with APJ Consulting for implementations.
• Forecast accurately and drive opportunities to closure.
